The Apex Collective

The Apex Collective is a six-month executive leadership program for women in senior leadership driving social and environmental change. It combines personalized 1:1 coaching with a curated peer cohort to provide the support you need to lead from purpose, expand your influence, and sustain yourself and your impact.

You are a woman with 15+ years of experience leading an organization, initiative, or global program in the social impact sector. This includes nonprofits, global development organizations, for-profit social enterprises, and environmental/climate change organizations.

How to join the Apex Collective

Membership in the Apex Collective is by invitation only. You are nominated by a colleague, coach, peer, or team member who knows your leadership firsthand. Once we receive your nomination, our team will review it and reach out to you directly.
